It totally depends on the product! Some are editable PDFs, others are Figma, Canva, Flodesk, or HoneyBook templates. Whatever platform it lives in will always be clearly listed in the product description, so you'll know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
How do I receive my download?
Once your purchase is confirmed you'll get an email with your download link, and you'll also see the option to download directly on the post-purchase screen. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, check your spam folder first! It might be hanging out there.
Can I access my download again if I lose it?
Yes! Your original order confirmation email has the link and it doesn't expire. You can also log into your account to view your orders and re-download anytime. If you're still having trouble, just reach out and we'll get it sorted.
Do you offer refunds?
Because everything in the shop is a digital download delivered instantly, all sales are final. That said, if something isn't working with your file, definitely reach out and we'll get it sorted!
